Dr. Iffat Sabir Chaudhry is an Associate Professor of Management and Deputy Dean at the College of Business, Al Ain University, United Arab Emirates. She got her PhD in Management from University of Hull, United Kingdom. With over a decade of experience across the UAE and Oman, her work focuses on sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship, and workforce psychology. She actively contributes to global sustainability initiatives, including the UN-PRME Youth Talks and the PRME Mentorship Program, while aligning her teaching and engagement with the SDGs. She promotes values-driven education that empowers youth for ethical leadership, advances responsible management practices, and entrepreneurship.
